FTR CAMP AT CIRCLE OFFICE

It is proposed to conduct IIHCC finger  tip revolution therapy camp at Circle Office on 25th  February 2015.

1.The staff who are willing to take this therapy can submit the  online registration  form available  at ihhp.net by 20/02/15 . Pl mention BSNL, Hyd in that form.

2.The declaration form may be downloaded and filled up and kept ready. The declaration form along with photo may be submitted at the time of camp .

3.There is no need to submit the hard copy to TWWA.

4. Rs.500/- will be  charged for the therapy  by IIHCC as IIHCC is involved in many free rural health programmes.
