WOMEN'S DAY -2015 COMPETITIONS

Dear Women Staff of Circle Office

            In connection with  Women’s Day  Celebration on 11-03-2015,  TWA wishes to conduct the following competitions/Games at Amenities Hall, 10^th floor .

All Women Staff are requested to participate in these competitions/Games.

          చిరు ధాన్యాలతో టిఫిన్స్ / స్నాక్స్(హాట్) పోటీ

1. గోధుమలు, బియ్యం స్ఠానంలో ఉపయోగించబడేవి - చిరు ధాన్యాలు

2. స్వీట్స్ చేయకూడదు.

3. టిఫిన్ లేదా హాట్ స్నాక్ చేయాలి.

4. పోషక విలువలు కలిగి వుండాలి.

5. ఇంటి దగ్గరే చేసి తీసుకుని రావాలి.

6. ఒకరు ఒక  Dish   మాత్రమే తీసుకుని రావాలి.

Tiffins or Hot snacks with millets-cooking competition on  09-03-2015., at 10.30am at 10^th floor, Amenities Hall.

1.Millets are grains used instead of wheat and Rice.

2. Sweets are not allowed.

3. Tiffin or hot snack is to be prepared.

4. It should be nutritious.

5. Prepare it at home and bring to the office.
