Activities of TWA

ACTIVITIES BY TWA, CIRCLE OFFICE

 

This association has been playing an important and active role in DOT. With the active participation of women employees of Circle Office, it has maintained crèches for the employee’s children, conducted sewing classes for the women, participated in All India melas and played a key role in the welfare of the women employees of Circle Office.

Even after formation of BSNL, it is continuing   it’s  activities with more vigour  and strength.

The main activities being taken up by this association are :

Conducting various health / nutrition / Science / social awareness  programmes  for upgradation of knowledge on various issues. 

Taking up issues related to Women in Circle Office and working for their resolution. 

Conducting local tours once in a year for refreshment of the mind. 

Organizing various cultural programmes. 

Giving opportunities to  the under privileged/specially challenged children to showcase their talents. 

Conducting medical camps. 

Helping the under privileged children on the occasion of  women’s day , every year.
